Before you sign up with Paypal, remember they are not a bank. They do not have to follow the rules that govern financial institutions. They can do anything they want with your money. I used them for 10 years before they stole $4000.00 from me and I am not alone. If you search the internet, you will see thousands of stories just like mine. Don't think that it can't happen to you, because more then likely it will. Paypal makes a lot of money off the interest your money gives them. By limiting your account, for 6 months, they are gaining interest from your money! When choosing sites or affiliates, make sure they don't require you to use Paypal as your only payment method. Read Paypal's "Terms of Agreement " before you sign up.
